Morning crew was awesome. Always walk in and get greeted with enthusiasm.
Clean. Friendly staff. Very small area to do non-equipment workout or stretching. One weightlifting bench & Roman chair. Plenty of cardio-exercise machines, running, stair-climbing. Handicap accessible. Cold inside during the winter.

I wish there was more room to stretch. I hate feeling like im backed into a corner or in everyone's way when I'm stretching. Otherwise, theres slightly more than the basic equipment, it functions, and the staff is friendly.
This location is great! I am always impressed at how particular the staff is with cleaning the machines. Bathooms are close to spotless. I always stretch on the floor and have yet to see any dust in the corners. Staff is incredibly friendly!
